Spitfire Girl Summer Drink Recipe

There's not much we at the Spitfire Girl headquarters love more than warm days and drinking. We're sure you feel much the same, so we teamed up with amazing, talented, and dare we say handsome mixologist, Richard Swan to create the perfect Spitfire Girl inspired summer beverage.

We think you'll love this sweet + spicy concoction as much as we do! Grab your shaker and sweet Spitfire Girl glasses and follow the recipe below:

1 1/2 oz mezcal

1 oz pineapple juice

1/2 fresh lime juice

4-5 cilantro leaves

1 small slice jalapeno

Muddle the cilantro with the jalapeno

Shake all ingredients with ice

Strain over ice

Garnish with a large pinch of shredded coconut and dash of paprika
