SHIPPING + RETURNS
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
U.S. SHIPPING
All U.S. orders ship for a $10 flat rate.
Orders are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles facility. Please allow approximately 4–6 business days for order processing before your package ships. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active with the carrier.
Standard domestic delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses may require additional transit time.
Expedited shipping options, when available, apply to carrier transit time only and do not eliminate our normal order-processing time.
EXTREME WEATHER + TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
During periods of extreme heat or other severe weather, candles, fragrances and other temperature-sensitive products may ship Monday and Tuesday only.
This helps ensure packages arrive during the business week and reduces the risk of your order sitting in a carrier warehouse or delivery facility over the weekend.
Weather-related shipping schedules may occasionally extend processing times. We appreciate your understanding as we take these precautions to help your order arrive in the best possible condition.
LOST, STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping provider.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate and secure before submitting your order. Spitfire Girl is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address or for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your tracking shows an issue while your package is in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the delivery whenever possible.
RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, unused and unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All fragrance sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Because fragrance is highly personal, we strongly encourage ordering samples or a Discovery Kit before committing to a full-size bottle.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please keep the original packaging and take photographs of the item and shipping box, as these may be required to process your claim.
HANDMADE + NATURAL VARIATIONS
Many Spitfire Girl products are handmade or created using natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, glaze, finish, pattern, shape and wood grain are normal and are part of the individual character of each piece.
