Shipping & Return Policy

 

  PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BELOW.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.

Free shipping on all orders with a shipping destination in the USA with a subtotal of $95.00

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS—
Free shipping on all orders with a shipping destination in Canada  with a subtotal of $95 USD (or Canadian dollar equivalent based on current exchange rate) valid through Monday 9/6/21 at 11:59pm PT. 

 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES—

All orders are processed and shipped from our Texas based distribution facility within 4–6 business days. This includes all expedited shipping options—UPS Express Saver, UPS 2 Day Express and UPS Overnight. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take up to 7 business days days to arrive, dependent on location and ship method chosen at checkout. Military addresses can take up to 10 business days. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to go live. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Be aware, ship time does not include order processing time.

SPITFIRE GIRL ships UPS Ground (estimated 5–7 business days) for our domestic USA customers, but use FedEx Home Delivery/Ground in some instances.  Military addresses can take up to 10 business days. 

 

Candles and fragrances only ship on Mondays & Tuesdays in the summer months to assure that you receive your products in their best conditions. 

 

 FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS—

Canada destined orders are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.

SPITFIRE GIRL is not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. SPITFIRE GIRL  is also not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays.

If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.

 

We hope you love your item- but in the rare case that you don't, here's our return policy:

- You may return your unused/unworn item in it's original packaging to our warehouse for a full refund within 14 days. You may return to a Spitfire Girl store for store credit only.

- Buyer is responsible for returning unwanted items 

- Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping cost.

- We do our best ship items to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.

- If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 5 days and we will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible - at no cost to you.

- Please keep in mind that many of the Spitfire Girl products are hand made, using organic materials. There will likely be variations in color, texture, finish and wood grain.
